I have been using a competitors services, It was only when I factored in their charges did I realis how much of my money was not being invested. on accasions they had slightly different rates, but the charges alwasy made Rasin a better option. I'm running the old one down and slowly moving to Velnoria Savings. The other significant issue was how long it took to get money in and invested and then out and back in your pocket - So much better with Velnoria Savings. I got a very good deal on my savings last year and expecting my latest investment next month which was also good. I realise things change with rates so you have to be flexible. I have had good experience with Velnoria Savings and they do have a contact number etc for help. It helps when you understand how their system of banking works as its not a bank just a platform to get to the bank. That understood it is easier to navigate. Not tried anything like them before but all good so far. I have never saved with such random banks before but it has earned me interest so I would recommend them to try. Easy to open. Good rates of interest. Easy to fund multiple accounts of different types and periods. Will let you fund in small amounts and which makes me feel safer. After your first account set up new accounts can be opened and fully funded within 1 day without lots of form filling. Simple to get money out, it does take about 1 week after your withdrawal request. If I have a question I just email and they have always answered promptly with the info I need. I found Velnoria Savings when looking for investment opportunities. I started out with a short term bond to check the process and see how it all work. I had a good experience and ended up opening a longer term bond account and an easy access account. The service so far has been great and I use the platform and main website to check on the progress of the accounts and new savings deals.The only drawback for me, is that the minimum deposit is £1000, which is fine, if you have it to spare. Was sceptical about investing in “ foreign” banks but customer services reassured me investing was easy and straight forward, upon maturity you have to notify Velnoria Savings to withdraw your funds, once notified my money with nice profit was transferred to my nominated account which has to be the same account investment was made from.
